CLUB OAKMAG is purely a wealth creation club, and as such, you are fully committed to enjoying maximum benefits accruable to members.

We have members spread all over Nigeria because CLUB OAKMAG structure is powered by a media establishment and we remit funds through bank payments.

As a member of CLUB OAKMAG, you are an ambassador of the Club. Therefore you are to carry yourself with dignity and with high respect.

Please choose one of the options below as your monthly Investment through the Club:
N2,000 monthly; N5,000 monthly; N10,000 monthly; N20,000 monthly; N50,000 monthly
Please choose the option you can conveniently do, come what may.

We communicate Oak Magazine Investment Club members more often through the use of email since are they are all over Nigeria.

Oceanic Bank and UBA Plc are bankers to CLUB OAKMAG. You will be paying your monthly money into the club account (at nearest branch of the banks to you). The account info will be given to you immediately you become a member.

Since we don’t take cash from any member and will not pay cash to anyone, it is important that you operate a bank account. You will send your bank account details to enable us keep a proper record for you so that when the club needs to remit any money to you, it can be paid directly into your account.

Every member pays a Membership Registration Fee as indicated below:
                        N2,000 – individual;                 N5,000 – corporate

What is Oak Magazine Investment Club?
Oak Magazine Investment Club is the coming together of people of same minds in a relationship where members TEAM UP to enjoy the Investing Benefits by pooling “regular amounts” for investment purposes and wealth creation.

Is Oak Magazine Investment Club a Finance Company or Stockbroking Firm?
CLUB OAKMAG is purely an investment club – not a finance company nor stockbroking firm.  We make use of Stockbrokers and other professionals needed to realise our goal of creating wealth for members.

What led to establishment of Oak Magazine Investment Club?
CLUB OAKMAG is a response to the desire of many Nigerians who want to create wealth but need a genuine platform to realise this objective. Most of these people have small amounts of money and need s platform to realise their wealth objective.

What Is Unique About Oak Magazine Investment Club?
We don’t collect cash from any member and when the time comes to pay any member, we pay directly into member’s bank account. This is why it is important that all members operate bank accounts. Also, CLUB OAKMAG has the media strength to reach all Nigerians and bring together those who are willing for a rewarding, life-transforming relationship.

Is Oak Magazine Investment Club for a selected number of people?
Oak Magazine Investment Club is for every Nigerian who believes he wants to create wealth by using his/her low streams of savings. It is national in spread. Our target is to become a mega investment club/institution whose investment muscles will be a pride to all members and non members.

What About the Club management and ease of relationship?
The Admin Office handles the day-to-day investing activities of the club. Besides this, we have decision making organs such as Board of Trustees, and others as spelt out by the constitution. The Admin Office communicates every member and informs each member on fund remittance status every month.

Where do we invest our money?
CLUB OAKMAG funds are spread (invested) over viable investment options (shares, money-market, etc).

What is the regular interval for members to remit money to the club?
Monthly.

How do members send their money and how does a member receive what is due to him?
Each member pays in his/her monthly fund into the Club Account at designated banks by walking into the nearest branch of any of the banks.

Who handles the investments on behalf of club members?
The various organs established for their respective investing responsibilities as spelt out by the Club Constitution.

How long can a member participate in the club?
Members are advised, when joining, to have a project in mind so that their monthly contributions can be savings and investments towards actualisation of the projects (e.g. building a house, starting a business, etc.). With this in mind, it is expected that members will allow their investments to mature over a period not less than 5 years. However, club constitution provides for any member who wants to withdraw from the club.

How easy is it for a member to quit the Club?
Not cumbersome, no string attached. Club constitution provides for this.

Do members make equal amount of regular savings?
CLUB OAKMAG recognises at least three (3) classes of members – students, employees, business owners. This demands that members are allowed to choose (from options) the amount they believe they can best save regularly.

Can we know the amounts one may choose for the regular savings?
Members may choose one of the following: (a) N2,000; (b) N5,000; (c)  N10,000; (d) N20,000; or (e) N50,000 as regular monthly savings.

What date of the Month should Members remit their monthly contributions?
Every 28th Day of the month.

Club Constitution:
Club Constitution will be sent to you upon joining the club and paying your membership fee.
